• high resolution measuring systems for tenacity, elongation, elasticity modulus etc. allow accurate measurement between 0.05 and 500 N
• equipped with an automatic bobbin changer for 24 positions, exceptionally simple, fast and ergonomic yarn loading from the side
• clamping system with automatic adjustable clamping force control to meet different yarn's tenacity to ensure proper testing
• proven technology to measure titer (dtex, den) with exceptionally high accuracy of 0.1 % (optional)

SIGMA 500 incorporates the latest state of the art in technology (micro controller, software, materials). The function of the instrument is based on the constant rate of elongation principle. It meets standards like ASTM D76 and D2256, DIN 51221 and 53834, ISO 2062, BISFA.
