In Detail
PPT 100 is a testing instrument for the determination of unwinding characteristics of filaments and yarns of any material. A POY thread is taken off the bobbin with a defined and constant speed. The PPT software is designed for data acquisition and tension analysis of tension characteristics. The data are stored for future analysis.
The characteristic value that describes the quality of the unwinding properties of the coil depends on the mean, maximum and minimum value of the measured tension. The device was designed for use in laboratory. The ergonomic console allows convenient working.
