In Detail
After the cleaning step, the nozzle strip is fed through the inspection system and an intelligent camera inspects the nozzle holes for clean, semi clogged or fully clogged holes. The results of the inspection are reported in a list in which the locations of the semiclogged / clogged holes are specified.
