FRAYTEC L – the latest development of the optical sensor for online real time monitoring of technical yarns for broken filaments and fluff. In comparison with other generations of the FRAYTEC sensor, FRAYTEC L features outstanding differentiation of both defects thanks to its special design as well as plausibility- and lightning control. FRAYTEC L can be fully integrated into already existing process control systems equipped with previous generations of FRAYTEC sensors.

TST 510 is the new generation of TST 10 for automatic testing of thermal shrinkage and shrinkage force of yarns at a defined temperature for a specified period of time. With TST 510, the operator has the possibility to set up each of the 10 channels separately for either shrinkage length or shrinkage force measurement.
Moreover, in order to meet individual testing requirements, TST 510 features the option of freely programmable measuring cycles.

NOS 200- Nonwoven Orientation System for online or offline analysis of the fiber orientation of the web, giving continuous feedback about the relation of the fiber orientation in machine direction and cross direction, thereby indirectly yielding information about the tensile ratio of the web.

PROMPT ATQ – tension sensor for air texturized yarn. The continuous feedback on the tension gives indirect information about contaminated or worn out texturing jets and other crucial production problems which affect the yarn tension.

VIBRODYN 400, Lenzing Instruments well-proven instrument for testing the tensile properties of single fibers, now features a new software option of cyclic testing. This new option enables testing of alternating load and elongation as well as creep and relaxation test.
